Dapur Berasap di Genius Baby On Board Shah Alam kembali lagi !!!

Jika yang lepas kita buat resepi-resepi pencuci mulut/'dessert', kali ini Teacher Azie memerah otak cari resepi untuk 'savoury' pula. Dan yang pasti, konsepnya kali ini berdasarkan pemakanan sihat...dimana akan terdapat banyak sayuran-sayuran pelbagai warna. Menarik bukan.....hehehehe.

Dan yang penting kelas memasak di Genius Baby On Board Shah Alam memerlukan anak-anak anda menyediakan sesuatu hidangan itu dari A-Z. Jadi disini mereka dapat merasakan pengalaman memasak sendiri, dimana peluang ini mungkin jarang didapati apabila dirumah.

Apakah antara resepi-resepinya?

 

 1. Pita Bread with tuna and salads.

2. Beef/Chicken burger with homemade beef patty (will be prepared by your child).

3. Baked Seafood Pasta with vegetables.

4. Mini Pizza.

5. Fruit skewer as dessert for very session.

Dari buku inilah saya dapat ilham resepi-resepi berikut. Tetapi akan ada olahan dari setiap resepi-resepi berikut untuk menambahkan kemeriahan dan kesedapannya.

 

 

 

Tak sabar rasanya saya nak memulakan kelas masakan ini. Pasti seronok dengan pelbagai keletah dari mereka. Jom mummy dan daddy sekalian. Apa tunggu lagi? Tempat amat terhad bagi setiap sesi ye. Hanya 8 orang sahaja pengambilan bagi setiap tarikh. Dibawah adalah butirannya.

Baking Class Nov-Dec 2013 - Part 1.

For the first time ever, Genius Baby On Board organized a baking class activity during the year end school break at Genius Baby On Board Shah Alam branch recently. This idea came out due to the overwhelming demand from parents who would love to let their children getting involve in such activity.

 

And it was a totally last minute plan by Teacher Watie (Puchong branch) and myself, Teacher Azie. But Alhamdulillah everything went well and the response that we received were very good.

 

I do believe that not all parents have the chance to do this kind of activity with their children at home. It must be because of the time constraint, not really into baking/cooking, do not like the messy environment or lack of ideas what to do. So the solution is by sending them to this kind of class. And at the same time they get to know new friends.

 

 Our baking class is more than what you think a baking class suppose to be. Here your child will learn about:

• proper food handling
• kitchen safety
• baking preparations
• baking techniques
• presentation
• manners
• fine motor skills
• basic cognitive skills

 

 

 

 

There are two categories, young chef (aged 4-7) and junior chef (aged 8-12). Every week with different recipes. Estimated time per session was 2 hours but it was impossible to finish within that time. We extended it to 2 1/2 hours because we want them to do everything by themselves from A-Z. We started off with clean and shining apron BUT

 

we ended up with dirty and messy apron.

 



 

That is what we called the real baking class.
